A gift that turned into a family member. It burned out last winter and rose again a week later. Not sure I'd buy it again.

We've had ours for a while now. The warranty excludes fire damage, which is the whole point. Every rebirth leaves a pile of ash to clean up. It burned out last winter and rose again a week later. Mixed feelings, but mostly good.

Took a chance on it. It burned out last winter and rose again a week later. It left scorch marks on the sofa and the curtains. Overall, happy with it.

Bought it after a lot of hesitation. It left scorch marks on the sofa and the curtains. It keeps the whole living room warm all evening. It burned out last winter and rose again a week later. The feathers glow softly at night, like a lamp. It sets off the smoke detector every morning. Mixed feelings, but mostly good.
