Bought it after a lot of hesitation. The warranty excludes fire damage, which is the whole point. It keeps the whole living room warm all evening. Its tears healed my dog's cut paw. Not sure I'd buy it again.

We've had ours for a while now. The warranty excludes fire damage, which is the whole point. Every rebirth leaves a pile of ash to clean up. It burned out last winter and rose again a week later. Mixed feelings, but mostly good.
